India Under 17 Draw against Chile Under 17

The Indian national under-17 football team has given a amazing result in match which was held yesterday in the Four nations tournament in which Mexico,Columbia and Chile participated with India being the forth side.After losing their first match against Mexico 5-1,India went on to lose their second match to Columbia 3-0.India had reached mexico only three days before the tournament because of Visa issue and the flights to Mexico being full,the Indian squad members had to travel in batches to reach mexico,also they were jet lagged as they played the match just after three days of reaching Mexico,In their second match which was against Columbia they lost 3-0 remember,Columbia is in the same group as india in the FIFA Under-17 World Cup which will be held later this year in october in India,india played columbia the next day after they played mexico,so there might be chance of fatigue also but still columbia is ranked 8 in the world and india is ranked 96 so losing 3-0 to a team which is ranked 86 places above you is not bad.India's third match was against the world number 7 chile,chile were the runners up in the recently concluded south america under 17 cup,India started well but at the 40th minuted chile scored their first goal,both the team went to the dressing after the half time with the score 1-0 in favour of chile,after the second half started india tried their best to equalise the scoresheet,Aniket's shot in the 55th minute came close to equalizing proceedings but india had to wait till the 82nd minute when Nandomba Naorem scored the equalizer for india,after that india tried for the decisive goal but could score and Aniket was sent off in the 84th minute as the full time score read 1-1.Drawing against chile is a huge result for india as the chile team is rated as one of the title contentders for the upcoming world cup in india.India win surely as increased the morale of the national team as well as the fans who were dissappointed after two back to back losses.There were various reactions from noted journalists,fans as well as various fan pages of the indian national team.

Indian U17 reached Mexico, 5 Days later than their Schedule Dates because of Visa Issues.
Also they traveled to Mexico in 3 Batches... Because of Plane Tickets were already Booked.
In the 1st Match on August 3rd, Our Main Starting XI consisted the Likes of Aniket Jadhav, Komal Thatal, Boris Thangjam, Shah Jahan, Amarjit Singh, Stalin. This Team Lost to Mexico by a Scoreline of 5-1. It can be said the boys were Jet-Lagged, also playing against the Host Nation is never easy, playing in a new environment..
In the 2nd Match, We Played against Colombia on August 4th, In this Match , Most of our Main Players were Rested, who played in the first Match. So, which means we didnt play our best XI. We Lost the Match by scoreline of 3-0.
Now coming to the 3rd Match, Our Players who played the 3rd August Match got 2 Days Rest, got accustomed to the environment and knew what to expect also we were playing with almost our best XI.Komal Thatal was in the Team, so was Amarjit Kiyam, Sanjeev Stalin, Aniket Jadhav and others like Dheeraj was also added...And the result is in front of our eyes. We held World Number 7, Chile to a 1-1 Goal draw.
And Prior to this Match , We Held teams like Macedonia, Serbia, Benfica...! Though we are not completely ready for the World Cup but we are on Path.
And being the host Nation, I expect nothing but commitment and Passion from the Boys and so far there has been no Shortage of it Jai Hind"
